Event Investigation: View event list

The event list helps you quickly determine which requests deserve further review. The list usually contains:

InformationWhat you can do with it
TimeCheck the business log to confirm the time when the request occurred
integration platformDetermine whether the request comes from Web, iOS or Android
Request IDPinpoint an identification request and associate it with server or webhook logs
Device IDFind other events for the same device or open visitor details
Hit signalQuickly understand whether the request has risk characteristics
DetailsOpen complete information about the event

A longer Request ID or Device ID may shorten the display. Click the copy button to get the full value.

If there are many results, prioritize narrowing the time range or adding precise filtering. Continuous page turning is suitable for browsing results, not suitable for replacing filter conditions.

No event found

If the page prompts that there are no matching events, please check:

  1. Are the application and Region correct?
  2. Whether the time range includes the request time.
  3. Whether the Request ID or Device ID is complete.
  4. Whether conflicting conditions have been added.
  5. Whether the event exceeds the data retention period.
  6. Whether the request actually forms a queryable event.

You can clear advanced filtering first, keep only applications and time ranges, and then add conditions one by one.

There are no events in the application yet

If the application has just been created or the SDK has not yet been connected, the page may display no events yet. Please follow the quick start to initiate a test identification first, and then return to the event page to query.
