FAQ
Event Investigation: FAQ
Why can't I find the event that just occurred?
Please confirm the application and Region, time range, Public API Key and endpoint status. It may take a short time for the new request to appear in the list; if it is still not found, query with the full Request ID.
Why are there many events for the same device?
The event represents an identification request, not a device count. Multiple events may occur if the same device opens a page, logs in, registers or retries multiple times.
Why does an event have multiple risk signals?
A request may satisfy multiple risk detection conditions at the same time. Risk signals need to be judged based on event details and business behavior.
Can the risk be determined using only the IP address?
Not recommended. The IP may come from a shared network, mobile network, VPN or proxy. Please judge based on Device ID, risk signals, account numbers and business records.
Why can’t I see the complete fields in the event details?
It may be restrictions on current account permissions, packages, platform capabilities, or data retention periods. Please contact your organization administrator or check the corresponding API Reference.
