Recommendations for data compliance usage

Geelab provides Region capabilities to help enterprises manage data regions, but customers still need to bear corresponding data compliance responsibilities based on their own business.

It is recommended to complete the following checks before going online:

• The location of key business users and data subjects has been identified.
• Region selection confirmed by Legal, Security or Privacy team.
• The area planning for applications, servers, logs and Webhooks is consistent.
• Understand the data retention period of your current plan.
• Server keys have been kept separately by Region.
• It has been confirmed that Webhook is only bound to the same Region application.
• Applications and endpoints have been created for multi-region services.
• If the existing Region does not meet the requirements, Geelab has been contacted to evaluate customized solutions.
