FAQ
Organization, Members And Permissions: FAQ
Why did I receive an invitation but cannot join?
Possible reasons include that the invitation has exceeded 72 hours, the invitation has been revoked, the link has been used, the account has joined 10 organizations, the organization member quota is full, or the current login email address is inconsistent with the invited email address.
Will deactivating a member delete the apps he created?
No. Applications, endpoints, Webhooks, and other configuration are organizational assets. Deactivating a member only suspends the account's access to the current organization.
Will deleting a member cancel his Geelab account?
No. Deleting a member only removes the relationship between the account and the current organization. Global accounts and the user's relationships in other organizations are not affected.
Can members copy keys?
There is no separate read-only access to the first issue. Members with Device Fingerprint product access can view or copy the Public API Key according to the rules of the current page; the server-side key should still only be used in a secure location on the server side and controlled according to organizational management rules.
Can the master account withdraw from the organization?
No. When the current version does not support organization ownership transfer, the master account must remain in the organization. If a change of owner is required, Geelab Support should be contacted and handled through a controlled process.
Can members restore their original permissions after logging out?
Cannot automatically restore. The organization owner needs to re-invite the email address and reassign product permissions.
Why can I see the menu but cannot save it?
The current account may only have read-only permissions, or the permissions may have been modified by the administrator after the page was opened. Please refresh the page and contact the organization's organization owner to confirm permissions.
