Start reading the data overview

Confirm the query context first

The numbers in the overview page are not fixed totals for the entire account, but are calculated based on the context of the current query. Before viewing the data, please confirm:

1. You are currently logged into the correct organization.
2. Select the correct application.
3. The selected Region is consistent with the application ownership.
4. The time range covers the business cycle you want to analyze.
5. The statistical time zone displayed on the page is in line with expectations.

Applications and Regions are important boundaries for overview data. Metrics, trends, and rankings should all be reloaded after switching apps; data from the previous app should not be left on the page.

Select application and Region

The application selector is used to determine which business project the statistics come from. Application options usually include the application name and Region, for example:

Main Storefront · EU
Payments · NA

If your business has created applications in multiple Regions, you should check the corresponding applications one by one, and do not infer that their data can be directly merged based on similar application names.

If the page provides the "All Apps" option, it only summarizes the apps you have permission to access in the current Region, and does not include data from other Regions in the organization. When viewing other regions, please switch Region first.

Select time range

The overview page typically supports viewing data by day, last 7 days, or last 30 days. The selectable range may be different on different pages, and the current control shall prevail.

When selecting a time range, please note:

• "Today" is calculated according to the statistical time zone displayed on the page.
• The current period and the previous period must be of equal length to be suitable for chain comparison.
• If the previous period exceeds the data retention period, the month-on-month period may not be calculated.
• The server reception time may be different from the client business time.
