An increase in events does not necessarily mean an increase in risk

An increase in the number of events may be due to normal business growth, marketing activities, version releases, or increased retries. Unique visitors, event/visitor ratio, and risk events should all be looked at to determine whether growth is coming from more devices or repeated requests from the same device.

An increase in risk events does not necessarily mean an increase in fraud

Risk events are affected by business traffic, platform changes, signal rules, and device environment. Suggestions:

1. Look for specific risk signals.
2. Enter the event list to view samples.
3. Open the visitors details to confirm the device history.
4. Make judgment based on account number, order and business behavior.

Visitors increased but events were not high

This typically represents an increase in the number of new devices, but fewer average requests per device. Customer acquisition, login and registration data can be combined to understand business changes.

Increasing events but unchanged visitors

This may indicate an increase in repeated requests from the device, such as page refreshes, retries, polling, or unusual automation traffic. It is recommended to check the event/visitor ratio and request source.
