Basic file

The basic file usually contains the Device ID, first appearance time, most recent access time, the number of events in the past 7 days, and the total number of identifications within the retention period. This information is affected by the current application, region, and data retention period.

Risk signals during storage period

Here is a summary of the Signal Codes and descriptions triggered by the device during the current data retention period. It is a visitor-wide aggregation and does not mean that all signals occurred at the same event. When you need to confirm the specific time of occurrence, please check the event log.

Displaying "Missed Risk Signal" means that there is no queryable hit record in the current storage period. It does not mean that the device has never hit a signal in an earlier time or in other applications.

Recent device properties

This describes the environment when the device was last recognized, which may include:

  • Device type: Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, Bot, or Emulator.
  • Operating system and major version.
  • Browser and main version. -Mobile device model.
  • Recent IP address and home location information where available.

These attributes describe the most recent identification result and do not represent all environments in the device's history.

Historical device and browser combinations

This displays the device types, operating systems, and browser combinations that the device has appeared in during the storage period, usually giving priority to the most recent environments.

Environmental changes may come from system upgrades, browser updates, machine changes, or access from different platforms. Environmental changes themselves do not equal risks and should be judged based on event time and risk signals.

Event Log

The event log displays the identification events of the device during the current storage period, usually including time, Request ID, hit signal and integration platform. Click the Request ID to open the corresponding event details and view the device, network and risk information of the request.

If the historical event has exceeded the retention period, the page may only retain the visitor's basic profile and cannot continue to view the details of earlier events.
