Visitor Analysis: Find visitors
Select application
Visitor data is application specific. After entering the page, first select the application and Region. The same or similar Device ID in different applications should not be directly regarded as the same visitor.
Search by Device ID
- Enter the complete Device ID in the search box.
- Click Search or press Enter.
- Open the visitor details in the results.
Device ID usually comes from event details, server logs or risk investigation records. If the search cannot be found, please check whether the application, region, and Device ID are complete, and whether the relevant events are still within the data retention period.

| First appearance time | The earliest time the device was recognized within the current storage period |
| Last access time | The time when the device was last recognized within the current storage period |
| Number of events in the last 7 days | Number of identification events generated by this device in the last 7 days |
| Hit signal | Risk signal that the device has hit during the current storage period |
| Details | Open the device's complete visitor information |
The first appearance time is not the first time in the history of the device that it is recognized by Geelab; earlier records will not be included in the statistics after they have expired. The number of events is the number of requests, not the number of devices.
