Data retention and privacy

Visitor lists and details only display information that can be queried within the data retention period of the current package. Events outside the retention period may not be viewable, and the first-seen time and total number of events may change as a result of data cleansing.

Visitor details may include Device ID, IP address, device properties, and Request ID. Please follow your organization's privacy and access control requirements and do not display complete information in public screenshots or unapproved external systems.
