Why are the number of events and package usage not exactly the same?

The number of page events is the display statistics within the query range, and the package usage is calculated based on the billing event caliber. The two may differ due to different time, deduplication, and data processing status. Please provide a specific time frame and Request ID if verification is required.

Do I need to do manual operation to restore rate limits?

The endpoint rate-limit window will recover naturally after it is restored. If the organization is deactivated, the package expires, or the quota is exhausted, the administrator or support team needs to handle the organization and package status.

Can I view data that has exceeded the retention period?

The console cannot query data that has exceeded the package retention period. Content that needs to be retained for a long time should be archived through your own system during the retention period.
