Fraud Protection
The VerifyS service offers three distinct protection levels that can be configured independently for each Service.
Service-specific Protection Levels
Customers can choose the appropriate protection level for each individual Service based on their specific security requirements and risk tolerance.
Protection Level Options
The three available protection levels are:
Basic Protection Level
Description: The Basic protection level assesses user risks through basic risk detection items. This level provides a baseline security measure suitable for general use cases with moderate risk tolerance.

- Offers standard security protections against common attack vectors
- Maintains a balance between security and user experience
Standard Protection Level
Description: The Standard protection level leverages advanced AI-powered risk analysis to intelligently distinguish between human behavior and automated/malicious activities. This level strikes a balance between robust security and minimized user friction.

- Dynamically adapts to evolving attack patterns and user behaviors
- Provides an enhanced security posture without significantly impacting user experience
Hard Protection Level
Description: The Hard protection level enforces the strictest security measures, with zero tolerance for any risky behaviors. The judgment model operates in the most severe state, providing the highest level of protection but with a higher possibility of mis-blocking in some cases.

- Applies the highest level of scrutiny to user activities and transactions
- Prioritizes security over user experience in high-risk scenarios
Configuring Protection Levels
Click "Security Settings" -> "Fraud Protection" on the sidebar of the console to set the protection level for different services.
