What Webhooks can do

Webhooks are suitable for the following scenarios:

• Send high-risk identification events to your fraud-prevention service.
• Write all identified events to an internal audit or analysis system.
• Trigger alerts when abnormal device, network or client environment is detected.
• Let the server query for more details and execute its own business rules after receiving the event.

Webhooks are asynchronous notifications. After your backend receives a Webhook, decide how to handle it using your account, order, and fraud-prevention rules. Do not treat receipt of a Webhook as an automatic block decision.
