Troubleshooting: SDK did not generate an event

Confirm that the SDK initialization uses the Public API Key corresponding to the current Region and the endpoint.
Confirm that the initialization code is actually executed when the page or app is started, and is not caught by repeated exceptions.
Check the web source whitelist, or package identification and signature verification for iOS and Android.
Check whether the network request is blocked by the browser, system permissions, firewall or proxy.
Use the correct application, region, and time range queries on the event page.
